A few days ago (18/3/2013) I was able to confirm the identity of two, possibly three, Russet-tailed Thrush at Redwood Park. They were present in the area of the "Old Zoo", as mentioned in a previous post, and they were very active. They were calling a good deal (double-note and high-pitched) and there were two instances where a bird flew up along the path and almost collided with me.
