Kick-off including White-bellied Cuckoo-shrike

Three White-bellied Cuckoo-shrikes at home yesterday. A rarity there but have seen them twice lately so perhaps resident now.

Bush-hen returns to "Tiddalac"

After no sign of them last year, following a successful breeding event the previous summer, it was great to hear a Pale-vented Bush-hen calling here around 4pm.

Earlier in the day had a Black Falcon and at the same time a flock of White-throated Needletails passed over.
